Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager, you'll: • Be passionate about our customer! Deeply understand our users to help improve our digital product. • Be dedicated to conversion and experience! Work with designers to make the product easy to use.
 

  • Be a committed to clear requirements and executions! Develop business cases and user stories for new features and fixes. • Lead with customers in mind! Work with the design team to draft versions of new feature and functionality.
  • Lead by our core values! Keep people informed about our digital product's development and manage relationships between internal teams and customers. Scope of the role: • Develop, own, and execute product roadmap, as required. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement. • Work in an Agile environment and continuously balance user priorities with business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. • Partner with stakeholders and users across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. • Assist in defining the user experience for internal/externals users, including support and monitoring.
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. • Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology. • Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment. KPI responsible for include: • Business Outcomes - Digital channel sales • Digital Product Usage - Churn rate, User sessions/User session time, Supporters per campaign, NPS • Digital Product Quality - Performance/Speed, Bugs and prohibitors to conversion, Mobile-first experience/conversion, Backlog completion Mandatory skills and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience • At least 3 years’ experience as lead Product Owner/Business Analyst /Product Manager • Knowledge or experience with Magento/Adobe platforms and extensions • Strong skillset analyzing data, segmenting users, and interviewing to determine user pain points to gather and, segmenting users and user journeys • Strong skillset interviewing to determine user pain points, and internal constraints • Strong skillset in building requirements and document business processes • Experience with prioritizing on multiple levels; prioritizing macro feature roadmaps with Director and exec level stakeholders, and making weekly prioritization decisions to plan sprint cycles • Strong communication, presentation, articulation skills • Detail oriented, team player, soft skills, can follow process by the book, Comfortable understanding of business fundamentals: e.g.
