Digital Marketing Strategist

 

Description:

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for planning and executing the Museums' digital marketing strategy. You are also responsible for developing the SEO strategy for the Museums' websites, web analytics, and participating in the development and deployment of the mass email strategy. You provide advice and support to the Marketing team and other museum teams in terms of digital marketing and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing activities.

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in:

  • In developing and carrying out digital marketing strategies and tactics;
  • In managing and carrying out campaigns and SEM/SEO actions;
  • In e-commerce and email marketing;
  • In marketing a digital, cultural, museum and tourism brand (asset).

Knowledge of:

  • Marketing and advertising principles;
  • Digital promotion and social media principles;
  • Search engine marketing (SEO/SEM);
  • Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad and Tag Manager;
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and mass email tools.

Education: University Degree in Communications, Marketing, E-commerce or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
