Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

Proficiency in graphic design and copywriting for web advertising, social media, and website landing pages is a must. This position requires the submission of a portfolio. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build, monitor & optimize campaigns for Google Ads, display ads, PPC, emails (MailChimp), landing pages, and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Develop calendar and propose budgets for digital campaigns
  • Design artwork assets and develop written content for website landing pages, display advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing; collaborate with internal/external designers/writers
  • Ensure the smooth launch of campaigns, website landing pages, and the continual improvement of performance; overseeing optimization and devising a structured test & learn strategy (A/B testing)
  • Prepare accurate reports on digital campaigns overall performances, collect, and analyze social media & web analytics

 

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience: minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience (B2B, B2C, B2B2C)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
  • Certifications in Strategic Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, or equivalent experience
  • Highly creative digital artist with excellent analytical abilities
  • Passion and spark towards digital marketing and graphic design
  • Ability to plan and own top-level paid-search and/or paid-social and/or SEO strategy with business growth in mind
  • Up to date on current trends in digital marketing: PPC strategies, web design, and content marketing
  • Must have excellent persuasive writing skills and an efficient content creation process
  • Highly effective with engaging internal stakeholders and advocating for channel needs
  • Understanding of UI/UX, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is considered an asset
