What you bring
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing management with a focus on Social Media Management, Website management, SEO, and engagement analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a combination of career experience and education.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience in a matrixed environment and are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization

What success looks like
You will lead Colliers enterprise global social media platform powered by Hootsuite, which includes supporting employee advocacy, social selling, syndicated publishing support, onboarding, and platform training.
Report and analyze on global marketing data analytics by supporting our Global Data Specialist to provide actionable insights to improve our marketing activities.
Measure and report the performance of global digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Project manage end-to-end planned quarterly digital marketing activities.
Support regions with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, and internal communication platforms such as Sharepoint.
Collaborate with global and regional internal teams to create and publish website landing pages and optimize our website user experience and content.
Support our global social media training programme and share best practices to key stakeholders across the organization. Maintain the internal training resource centre.
