What you bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing management with a focus on Social Media Management, Website management, SEO, and engagement analytics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a combination of career experience and education.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

  • Experience in a matrixed environment and are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization

Bonus skills and experience

  • Commercial real estate experience

  • Marketing agency experience

What success looks like

  • You will lead Colliers enterprise global social media platform powered by Hootsuite, which includes supporting employee advocacy, social selling, syndicated publishing support, onboarding, and platform training.

  • Report and analyze on global marketing data analytics by supporting our Global Data Specialist to provide actionable insights to improve our marketing activities.

  • Measure and report the performance of global digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Project manage end-to-end planned quarterly digital marketing activities.

  • Support regions with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, and internal communication platforms such as Sharepoint.

  • Collaborate with global and regional internal teams to create and publish website landing pages and optimize our website user experience and content.

  • Support our global social media training programme and share best practices to key stakeholders across the organization. Maintain the internal training resource centre.
