This role is an integral part of our B2B SaaS marketing team designed to propel our growth forward and take our digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts to the next level. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our primary product-led growth strategy while also driving the acquisition of enterprise customers through a sales-led approach. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaign strategies to acquire new trials for our self-serve plans as well as generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to support the sales team in filling their pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies in order to acquire new trialers and generate MQLs
- Act as project manager to lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including: email, PPC (Metasuite, LinkedIn, paid search), social media, and 3rd party vendors
- Own the email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and acquisition
- Support the marketing team in launching Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to promote Unbounce's various product lines and net new features in order to drive awareness, acquisition, and adoption
- Own the acquisition targets and projections for marketing campaigns, which involves analyzing data for channel effectiveness, creating reports, and implementing optimizations based on insights and opportunities
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and bring information and learnings back to the marketing team
A little bit about you:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with 3+ years of experience launching campaigns and channel management
- You have experience developing omni-channel marketing campaigns for both product-led and sales-led strategies.
- You are an excellent project manager with experience leading large-scale campaigns and projects
- You have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how best to leverage them
- You have experience developing and implementing email marketing strategies
- You are an excellent communicator and writer, and have experience sharing executive updates and learnings to drive stakeholder buy-in
- You are data-driven with experience navigating web or data analytics platforms (Google Analytics and Tableau) to pull campaign insights and identify optimization opportunities
- You have a track record of achieving ambitious targets
- Bonus if you have Pardot experience
- Bonus if you have previous experience with Unbounce
- BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related fields. MBA or MS in Marketing, Business or related field is a plus
