Digital Marketing Associate

In this position, the person will be part of a highly effective, dynamic team and will have the responsibility of assisting in building long-term, trusted relationships in order to develop and build creative digital assets that engage intended audiences and align with product line goals, messaging and delivery. This role leads marketing strategy and execution for FICANEX and plays a key role in sales support and pipeline management, working directly with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities
**

• Development of editorial calendar and associated content creation and deployment across all distribution channels - online, social, email and traditional
• Creation of creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite to support content and marketing programs
• Conduct client-facing demos of technical products; including development of prototypes as needed
• Update and maintenance to public facing websites
• Event planning, including booth material set-ups, giveaways, marketing materials, etc.
• Maintaining and updating client lists and records within CRM (Hubspot)
• Brand ambassador, working closely with parent company (Prodigy Ventures) to ensure all materials are consistently in-line with FICANEX Technology’s brand standards; and continuing to evolve standards as required
• Sales support as needed to the Strategic Relationship Executive
• Development of presentation materials for prospects and clients
• Point of contact for all customer interactions within an assigned portfolio of accounts
• Develop leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities
• Contact clients to set up business update meetings and calls
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
