Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of media buying strategies with definable goals.
- Build effective and engaging ad creatives across multiple platforms.
- Launch and manage campaigns across various platforms.
- Perform regular analysis and optimization of campaigns.
- Compile, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and expose new opportunities
- Design and build campaign reports using tools to communicate findings and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze A/B testing results to make recommendations to help improve user experience and business results.
- Use SQL to access data, write complex queries, and perform analyses
- Collaborating with developers and company leadership to recommend software modifications to improve data collection and understanding of customer behaviour
Qualifications
- 1+ years of performance marketing experience
- Experience with MySQL and Excel
- Strong interest in developing your hands-on marketing skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Experience analyzing datasets and making data-driven recommendations
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with above average attention to detail.
- Articulate communication style and adaptable team-focused worker
- Understanding of marketing / lifecycle attribution frameworks, retention, and LTV
- Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
- University degree in relevant field
