Digital Content Publishing Manager

 

Description:

This role will own and be accountable for ensuring all core and network content and campaigns are delivered the “last mile” – publishing and promoting across Deloitte’s digital channels. An individual that can drive towards a long-term vision while ensuring the delivery of tactical requirements is highly valued. Proven experience in digital
content creation, publishing, promotion, and content and channel management is central towards this function.

Responsibilities:

 


  • Support the delivery of an optimized, omni-channel experience across Deloitte’s Website, social media, and associated digital channels.
  • Drive forward the transformation of our flagship Website Deloitte.com and branded social media channels by bringing to life world class content and experiences.
  • Oversee a team responsible for the authoring of all core and network content on Deloitte.com and its promotion across social media channels.
  • Contribute to and manage team inputs to work in progress (WIP) reporting and publishing calendar, connecting and collaborating with team leaders weekly to ensure the on-time delivery of campaigns and content.
  • Analyze and understand end-to-end customer experiences to make sure all content is consistent in voice/tone/construction and technically correct.· Collaborate with product marketing, business lines, UX and
  • Search Engine Optimization peers to create world-class customer experiences through Deloitte.com by continually evolving the underlying templates and components.
  • Serve as key liaison between staff responsible for designing page layout, content, and features and key business stakeholders and owners.
  • As needed, lead projects address bespoke experiences and/or technology requirements manifest through Deloitte.com
