Digital Commerce Demand Generation Manager

Your strong media background will build retail media capabilities that deliver full funnel media strategies converting shoppers into buyers, leveraging search, display, and performance media. This role will leverage shopper data to drive media planning, execution and optimization that deliver best in class returns while integrating performance media plans into the holistic, full funnel media strategy. This media position calls for strong collaboration with external (retail media partners, media agency) and internal stakeholders/team subject matter experts (retail media lead, shopper marketing, audience specialists customer, brand marketing). With your leadership, we will keep the customer and shopper at the heart of our strategy and propel Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing brands to the top of the retail media world.

 

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-operating company activations (tentpoles events, etc.)

  • Identify marketing & additional capability opportunities for Operating Companies and Collective (i.e. Tools, processes, partnerships, etc.)

  • Work closely with agency partners to facilitate cross-brand optimizations and make recommendations for driving key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, etc.

  • Coordinate across multiple partners across the consumer journey to find efficiencies in performance and costs

  • Support key Joint-Business-Plans (JBPs) with media partners

  • Evolve performance marketing reporting

  • Identify Advertising Partners and make strategic recommendations for driving media diversification across our top brands

  • Support Full-funnel marketing with leadership in connecting upper and funnel marketing efforts across brands

  • Navigate a complex array of cross functional stakeholders. You will be working with Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing Business Unit teams including e-Commerce sales, brand, and category strategy planning teams.

  • Knowledge in using digital media to drive online and offline sales jointly

 

The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Performance Marketing – Lead adoption of holistic and iterative performance marketing plans, connecting brand, media and shopper marketing, and optimizing budgets across channels/tactics/brands based on KPIs aligned, across the funnel.

  • Measurement And Optimization– Building business goals, feeding into development of the digital commerce learning plan, setting digital goals, measurement, and data visualization plans, collaborating with the media and brand.

  • KPI Setting & Performance Updates – identify KPIs core to delivering business objectives and provide a view of progress against them on a monthly basis

  • SEM - create best in class strategies to deliver on overall brand and enterprise level objectives

 

What You’ll Need To Succeed


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in a related field: Media, Digital Marketing, eCommerce with 6+ years of experience across the Marketing, Digital and/or eCommerce landscape

  • Previous experience within eCommerce media or performance media across both omnichannel and pure players is a must. Some level of traditional and other digital media knowledge ideal or at minimum, experience working with experts in these areas.

  • Leading knowledge and track record of success with data driven marketing

  • Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver complex, inter-disciplinary and often global Digital projects

  • Experience in full funnel campaign development and optimization for lower funnel conversions on retailer online sites (i.e. Amazon, Walmart)

  • Ability to analyze website performance metrics and drive user behavior, translate metrics into actionable reporting, and grow online sales through optimization of engagement and acquisition

  • Experience managing people, strong influencing capability and emotional intelligence

  • Resolve and commitment to deliver with accountability and responsibility
