Do you love building and scaling brands with measurable marketing results through multiple channels? We have an exciting role for a Digital Branding Manager. You will own strategy, execution, and performance tracking of global and regional brands for our clients. We are looking for a world-class digital marketer to join our team, whose focus will be on driving customer growth. You have strong hands-on experience in building brand strategy, digital strategy and driving lead generation campaigns for customer acquisition, activation and retention.
We are looking for someone with an excellent track record of leading and measuring successful online branding and marketing initiatives across a variety of channels, preferably in B2B context, with an emphasis on social media such as LinkedIn.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth oriented online branding strategy along with the client team.
- Own the process start to finish for brainstorming, crafting the design, development, testing, execution and analysis of results of the online branding strategy.
- Track, manage, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make real-time optimization and forward-looking recommendations by using analytics tools
- Manage client company LinkedIn page, acquisition funnel, and lead nurturing processes through paid/unpaid social, organic search, email, webinars, content and social media
- Device strategy and boost search engine rankings
- Work with content marketing team to help inform content strategy, develop campaign-specific messages and align demand generation programs with ongoing copywriting initiatives
- Partner with the media agencies to deliver client messages externally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a digital or agency marketing role, preferably in B2B context
- Knowledge of how to use digital channels, social media and software tools to drive significant, measurable results
- Digital marketing & growth hacking mindset
- Ability to think strategically and also drive forward tactical execution
- Exemplary project management skills, with a strong ability to balance multiple priorities in a lean and demanding work environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt, working effectively with a team
- Self-motivated, able to work well in a team as well as independently
