Devops Engineer

We are Hiring For Devops Engineer With Java spring boot Developer Position

Experience: 5+ years
Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary-Skills:

• 5+ years of Advanced knowledge, experience, and understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows
• Hands on experience in Helios, DevOps, Release Engineering, Configuration Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Automation related tasks
• Willingness to work in the Application Support space
• Prior RBC environment experience will be a big plus
• Hands on experience of version control platforms such as GitHub
• Strong experience of build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Experience working with deployment tool like UCD
• Hands on experience on deploying application on cloud platform like OCP and PCF is an advantage
• Linux/Unix admin experience is an advantage
• Public and Private cloud knowledge, skills and experiences (Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenShift, Dockers, Kubernetes, ELK) will be an advantage
• Knowledge about SQL Server DB, MQ, Kafka and monitoring tools like Dynatrace
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using JAVA SpringBoot
• Experience in using tools like, Nexus IQ/ SonarQube, SAST, DAST, checkmarks to fix the vulnerabilities

Nice-to-have
• Agile experiences.
• Financial institution knowledge

Secondary Skills:
• Very good communication and other soft skills
• Wealth Management Domain knowledge is an advantage
• Should be a proactive team player who can work independently
• Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team
