Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Expertise in Java/Spring Boot)
Location: Toronto, ON (Thrice a Week Onsite)

Job Description:
Primary-Skills:
5+ years of Advanced knowledge, experience, and understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows
Hands on experience in Helios, DevOps, Release Engineering, Configuration Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Automation related tasks
Willingness to work in the Application Support space
Hands on experience of version control platforms such as GitHub
Strong experience of build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Experience working with deployment tool like UCD
Hands on experience on deploying application on cloud platform like OCP and PCF is an advantage
Linux/Unix admin experience is an advantage
Public and Private cloud knowledge, skills and experiences (Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenShift, Dockers, Kubernetes, ELK) will be an advantage
Knowledge about SQL Server DB, MQ, Kafka and monitoring tools like Dynatrace
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using JAVA SpringBoot
Experience in using tools like, Nexus IQ/ SonarQube, SAST, DAST, checkmarks to fix the vulnerabilities

Nice-to-have
Agile experiences.
Financial institution knowledge

Secondary Skills:
Very good communication and other soft skills
Wealth Management Domain knowledge is an advantage
Should be a proactive team player who can work independently
Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team
Detail-oriented & Very organized
