Devops Delivery Lead

You will be working with a leading consultancy firm partnered with prominent clients in the banking sector, delivering strategic IT solutions. The client, Tangerine, is enhancing its DevOps capabilities and seeking a senior technical manager for this key role.

Job Description:
As the DevOps Delivery Lead, you will oversee and lead the DevOps Platform portfolio, ensuring alignment with engineering and banking requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing the DevOps platform, providing leadership and support, and acting as the main point of contact for DevOps applications within the organization. You will also maintain the DevSecOps Platform roadmap and ensure it aligns with the company's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and lead the DevOps Platform portfolio and team

• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the team, ensuring effective execution

• Act as the primary contact for all DevOps applications within the organization

• Manage and oversee the DevSecOps Platform roadmap, aligning it with business requirements

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment

• Lead technical evaluations and architectural design for scaling platforms

• Address escalated issues, ensuring a smooth workflow

• Identify and interpret business requirements, ensuring their successful execution

Skills Required:

• Expertise in DevOps tools such as Atlassian Data Center (Jira, Confluence, Crowd), GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Harness, SonarQube, Feature Flags Management, GitHub Copilot, BlackDuck, and Checkmarx One (Cx1)

• Strong technical skills and extensive experience in DevOps

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps processes

• Experience in architectural design and technology evaluations
