Description:

Precision Record Pressing, a leading vinyl record pressing company, is seeking a DDC Sticker Coordinator to join its Oakville team. This full-time, permanent role supports packaging operations by coordinating and communicating DDC/Sticker requirements for projects with Shift Coordinators, Line Coordinators, and Team Leads. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt and inventory of DDC/Stickers from various sources:
    • Transfers from other locations
    • Vendor or client direct shipments
    • Internal transfers from PRP 1
  • Coordinate DDC pickup and logistics as needed.
  • Track shipping progress and schedule DDC/Stickers logistics.
  • Maintain and manage inventory documentation and physical storage locations.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage disposal of completed project materials.
  • Oversee barcode sticker management, including executing work orders, printing stickers, and monitoring inventory.
  • Report any discrepancies such as shortages, missing components, or vendor shipping errors.
  • Communicate with Procurement to order additional DDC/Stickers as required.
  • Ensure accuracy in sticker usage for project variants and identify shared components.
  • Assist Sales with stock item requests and inventory status updates.
  • Provide support for packaging assembly and resolve packaging anomalies.
  • Assist with quarterly inventory counts and sticker/DDC transfers to other locations.

Physical Demands:

  • Primarily office-based with standard office equipment usage.
  • Sitting at a desk for most of the day, with occasional walking.
  • Requires manual dexterity for data entry and document handling.
  • Visual acuity for analyzing data, reading documents, and using computer screens.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience required.
  • Previous inventory management, coordination, or packaging experience preferred.
  • Forklift (walkie) experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Business Suite (Google Sheets).
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
