Description:
You will lead the Shared Security Services Product Management team and oversee efforts to shape and drive the strategic direction, operations, and enhancements for cybersecurity shared services. You will work closely with senior leadership, technical cybersecurity service delivery teams, and member firm CISOs and CTOs to create product roadmaps and lead related development efforts. Responsibilities may include:
Manage the team of product managers guiding the product lifecycle of the Shared Security Services portfolio.- Lead initiatives at the direction of product management leadership.
- Regularly engage member firm stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs) to ensure high satisfaction and understanding priorities, and gather input to build into the design of future state cybersecurity services.
- Guide discussions with member firms ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business.
- Ensure that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly completed and documented.
- Ensure appropriate governance, well written service documentation, and effective socialization for all major service enhancements.
- Build deep expertise on the cybersecurity services marketplace, vendors, products, and threat actors.
- Own audit readiness for cybersecurity shared services ensuring that all applicable controls are met.
- Create and manage budgets in alignment with financial plans
