RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Transportation of patients, specimens, supplies, equipment, soiled equipment, garbage and linen throughout the hospital.
  • Responding to various "codes" as required.
  • Specific duties will be based on assignment.
  • Must treat all staff, patients and visitors with courtesy, dignity and respect.


QUALIFICATIONS:
 

  • Minimum of grade twelve (12) or equivalent.
  • Ability to push and pull 100lbs.
  • Previous experience would be an asset.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal required.
  • Demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality.
