Description:

The Customer Support Representative, reporting to a Pharmacy Manager at Mednow, will be responsible for supporting hundreds of patients. We pride ourselves on our customer service, rooted in our core value of putting "people first, always", this position plays a key role in making sure our patients always experience our 5-star customer service.

We can rely on you to:

    • Listen to inbound and outbound phone patients, understand their needs, and resolve any challenges they're facing by either addressing them yourself or redirecting them to the right place. Don't forget to make sure they always feel heard.
    • Channel your inner techie and use our systems to document all patient interactions, so that not a single detail is missed!
    • Follow our scripts, policies, and procedures to deliver customer service the Mednow way

    • Experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, and/or administrative support
    • Excellent communication skills; written and oral
