Description:
As a member of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for calls to patients and clinical trial personnel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Phone-based and electronic communication with users of our ClinLife platform
- Build a positive relationship with nurses and physicians at clinical study sites
- Support and follow up with study sites to ensure a smooth implementation of our recruitment services
- Phone-screen clinical study volunteers following call approved scripts
- Help to establish initial communication between potential study volunteers and study sites
- Handle large volume of in/outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Work with sensitive personal and health related data, adhering to company policies and national/local laws
- Manage user accounts and provide help to users of our ClinLife platform
Your profile:
- 1+ years of Customer Service Call Center experience in Healthcare industry preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred
- Fully bilingual; Excellent verbal communication skills in English and French
- Professional, courteous, strong customer service, and listening skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as internet based applications
