As our new Bilingual Senior Customer Success Manager, Alliances you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing enterprise partner and advisor relationships. You will manage an assigned block of partners, driving growth as you champion the best solutions to help clients drive higher employee engagement and an overall better level of wellness. Your focus will be on the strategic planning, managing, and measuring of the ongoing success of our customer base by leveraging performance metrics and finding new ways to grow and develop the business.

You bring expertise in building relationships with high-level decision-making stakeholders, leveraging your knowledge and insights to grow business, nurture accounts, and champion client needs. You are outcome-focused and driven to help define and achieve client success. You have exposure to the administrative side of insurance, benefits or wellness delivery programs. You are a subject matter expert with experience managing projects, fostering a trusted advisor relationship, and leading programs and growth.
