The successful candidates will be responsible for dispatching network contractors on property claims. These CSR’s will also be responsible for accepting and documenting new assignments from insurers and contractors, answering inquiries through both email and phone calls, and providing operational support to update existing files. Outbound customer satisfaction surveys are completed on a monthly basis, but there are no outbound sales calls involved in this position.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French/English) would be considered an asset
  • Must have superior customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Time management and superior organization skills
  • Property/Casualty Insurance experience would be considered an asset
  • Advanced computer skills including Office 2007 and Windows XP
  • Must be a team player
  • No sales
