  • Excellent keyboarding skills, accurate with details and have knowledge of Erb operations.
  • Previous experience with AS400
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with both internal and external customers.
  • Have strong investigative skills.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and customer focused
  • High level of personal energy and willingness to take the initiative to make improvements and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi task.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and good attitude
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the Customer Service Department
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Have flexibility to work extra hours when needed, under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor or Team Lead.
