Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

  • Provide customer satisfaction excellence by creating a positive image and memorable impression
  • Promptly assist customers with a wide variety of foreign currency transactions in a professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Identify customer needs and match with appropriate products or services using relationship selling techniques
  • Make qualified referrals to other team members
  • Own customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • Ensure service recovery procedures as well as security and safeguarding procedures for prevention of loss are followed
  • Self-management and teamwork
  • Functional level knowledge of gold/silver, foreign currency products and services
  • Introductory level knowledge of administrative support, communication, and rapport-building skills

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, second language an asset
  • Demonstrate initiative and desire for life-long learning
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Cash handling experience preferred
