Responsibilities
 

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and potential clients.
• Assist with inquiries related to employment services, vocational programs, and other services offered.
• Facilitate communication between clients and vocational specialists.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Participate in training and development sessions to stay informed on industry trends and company offerings.
• Support the customer support team in developing strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
   

Qualifications
 

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the employment services or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
