Job Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum one-year of resent and relevant* clerical/administrative support experience working in a high-volume customer service environment providing service delivery to the public.
  • Minimum 6-months of recent and relevant* experience reconciling and safeguarding cash and negotiables in accordance with guidelines, while maintaining confidentiality. Preference may be given to applicants with 1 year or more.
  • Recent and relevant experience includes experience gained performing similar duties for the specified time within the last five (5) years.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • Experience providing customer service support in another language, other than English.
  • Experience providing in-person front counter customer service.
