Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

The Customer Service Representative provides client services and financial/resource administration services for FrontCounter BC and ministry regional operations.

Job Requirements:
 

  • Grade 12 graduation or equivalent
  • A minimum three (3) years’ of clerical or administration experience in a formal business environment which must include all of the following:
  • Experience providing client/customer service to a diverse range of individuals, organizations, and industries;
  • Experience with Word processing, creating spreadsheets and working with standard computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Experience providing client service in confrontational or highly sensitive situations.


Preference may be given to applicants with the following:

  • Experience working in a natural resource management field.
