A detail-oriented person with strong written communication skills will do well in this role as accuracy and diplomacy are required to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales, and colleagues alike.
As a Customer Service Representative, You Will:
Assist all customers through reviewing their incoming orders, questioning invalid order items or codes, and working with custom team on drawing and special quotes. Both Manual Entry and EDI processing.
