Description:
- Achieves AAR customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Liaise with AAR Corporate Commercial team to provide performance updates, Customer satisfaction and relationship information.
- Serve as the primary Customer interface, liaise between Operations and Customer(s) to bring forward concerns from either party, impacts, schedule changes on live projects, record results and details of customer interaction.
- Deal directly with the Customer’s On Site Lead Technical Representative on issues relating to their projects and ensure that the responsible Operations Manager is informed of any issues or Customer concerns.
- Meets customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Actively participate in AAR Windsor’s Safety Management System (SMS) including reporting safety hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understands and promotes the company safety policy
