The District of Lake Country has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Manager of Corporate Administration, based in Lake Country, BC.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services you will assist with the development, implementation, coordination and monitoring of corporate administration functions and programs.

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of two years post-secondary education from an accredited institution in public administration, business administration, or a related field and a minimum of five years related administrative work experience in local government, including a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
As our ideal candidate, you will work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, Mayor and Council and the senior leadership team in the development and implementation of corporate administration functions and programs, including support in handling sensitive political issues and conducting research. In the absence of the Corporate Officer, you will be accountable as a statutory officer under the Community Charter as Corporate Officer. You are an exceptional communicator and have excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues.
