· Reside in Windsor-Essex County as position requires knowledge of local geography

Responsibilities

· Receive inbound customer calls

· Manage phone and email bookings

· Build rapport with clients to assess their needs, educate on additional services and schedule service appointments to meet those needs.

· Categorize leads from marketing platforms

· Reschedule/cancel appointment bookings

· Other related duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements for Remote Customer Service Assistant

Customer Service Assistant working from their home office or remotely, are required to provide a quiet work environment with a door that closes to ensure privacy and, free from distraction and noise. Ideally, you have a computer with dual monitors, Skype/Zoom capabilities (web cam) and high-speed Internet access. It will be necessary to access Word, Excel, Google Drive.
