Position Title: Customer Service Agent and Data Clerk
Status: Full Time
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Faculty/Department: Capital Development and Facilities Management
Campus/Location: North Campus
Salary: $24.38 (Min) to $28.24 (Max)
What you will do:
The successful candidate will provide customer service to the Humber community, receiving, assigning and tracking workorders through the workorder system. The incumbent will be responsible for responding to customer queries and complaints, resolving problems, referring issues to others and following up to ensure resolution. The incumbent will also play an active role in tracking invoices and entering data into the Archibus and Banner systems and must be capable of accurately inputting and processing high volume data entry.
What you bring to the role:
Education:
The successful candidate will possess a 2 year diploma or equivalent in Business, Office Administration or Accounting, along with a minimum of 2 years of reception, clerical, and data entry experience.
Experience:
Additional qualifications include good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and a positive, customer service attitude. Any of the following will be considered an asset:
