Customer Operations Project Manager

 

Description:

This position will be responsible for developing technical training curriculums and programs that enable customer and technical service representatives to provide world-class support to OpenText customers who require assistance via phone, chat, or email.

You are great at:

  • Building training curriculums and creating training videos for technical and non-technical subjects.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of course content.
  • Quickly learning new technologies and products
  • Working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop content, ensure alignment & engagement, and deliver expectations to management
  • Continuously enhancing instructional design skills
  • Providing feedback to peers


What It Takes

  • 2+ years of experience preparing online training courses and support materials using Articulate or similar software
  • Proficiency in multiple development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Camtasia.
  • Understanding of ADDIE, adult learning principles and brain-based learning philosophies and methodologies and familiarity with training environments and blended learning applications
  • High degree of comfort with complex technical environments
  • A track record of good judgment and decision-making in positions with significant responsibility
  • Highly autonomous and able to independently drive high value projects to completion
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in cross-functional team environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
