Reporting to the Customer Advocacy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand by leveraging the power of customer stories and testimonials. The things you'll do:


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with our valued customers to understand their experiences, challenges, and successes.
  • Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, social media) to gather feedback, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify satisfied customers for advocacy initiatives.

Case Study Development:

  • Conduct interviews and research to gather information about customer experiences with Axonify's products and services.
  • Craft compelling case studies that showcase the benefits, outcomes, and ROI achieved by customers using Axonify's solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging and visually appealing case study content.

Customer Advocacy Programs:

  • Identify opportunities for customer advocacy and referrals to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Coordinate customer participation in webinars, speaking engagements, and other marketing events.
  • Nurture and expand the customer advocacy program by developing relationships with satisfied customers.

Content Creation:

  • Work closely with the Content Marketing team to create customer-focused content, such as testimonials, videos, and blog posts.
  • Leverage customer stories to create persuasive messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer advocacy materials.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and measure the impact of customer advocacy initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the Customer Advocacy Manager.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
