CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & ADMINISTRATION

  • Opening, closing and managing office two days a week, backfilling Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator

  • Offer customer experience support via phone, e-mail, and in person – booking experiences, rescheduling, refunds, experience management

  • Own the Fareharbor online booking system- carry out updates and system changes as needed

  • Help prepare summer camp program information and class lists

  • Website management, updating and editing as needed

  • Assist Owner, General Manager, Supervisors and Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator with other administrative tasks as needed

CONTENT CREATION:

  • Assist Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator in strategic planning, management and execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns from a content perspective, including via the following channels: social media accounts, email marketing, Facebook/ Google Ads, in-person activations

  • Create content for TikTok, Reels, Facebook, blog posts including video, photography, editing

  • Create graphic creative assets for marketing campaigns

  • Love being outside and active, especially on the water

  • Are proficient in one or more of our watersports (the more, the better) - not required

  • Know how to create memorable customer and learning experience

  • Have an understanding and/or curiosity of race, gender, BIPOC, LGBTQ2SIA+ and climate justice issues and are committed to creating safe community spaces
