Description:

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives quickly and efficiently
  • Follow up with our customers and teams to ensure resolutions
  • Represent our company in a positive manner and to ensure we leave a lasting impression with our customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
  • Troubleshooting skills and willingness to investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
