Customer Care Representative

Description:

We are seeking someone to provide exceptional customer service and information to visitors and customers at the Kingston Humane Society. You will greet customers, answer phones, return calls, and answer questions. You will handle animals, particularly cats and dogs. You will be responsible for the intake of lost or stray animals, handle animals going to and from foster homes, and work with volunteers. You’ll assist customers with other items such as the purchase of pet licenses, cashier duties, some filing and other administrative tasks.
