Customer and Information Services Representative Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, office computer and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and maintain files and records
• Answering and directing phone calls using in-house phone system
• Greeting customers and clients
• Receiving and distributing mail and shipments
• Maintaining all documents related to Human Relations hiring and employee certifications
• Using various internal and external software platforms to ensure regulatory compliance of staff, fleet and equipment
• Ensuring equipment maintenance is tracked and completed
• Managing in-house safety program and administering matters related to external safety requirements
• Managing travel requirements of field staff, including air and ground transportation and lodging
• Managing relations with brokerage(s) and matters related to import/export of equipment and materials to/from the United States
• Experience with cross-border travel and customs an asset
• Familiarity with the Yukon's mining, trucking and logistics industries an asset
• Valid Class 5 Drivers’ License an asset
