Description:
Support in the development of ASG’s business strategies and plans to enable ASG to deliver on its mandate, goals and objectives
Regularly monitor business performance and market trends to identify key growth opportunities for client acquisition and transaction growth
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
Ensure all regulatory, business and financial reporting completed on time and with accuracy
Identify new areas of growth that align with ASG’s business priorities and develop strategic roadmaps to execute on those opportunities
Establish effective strategies for deepening relationships with existing clients while increasing share of wallet and maximizing business opportunities
Acquire robust competitive intelligence through ongoing research and through establishing client centric feedback loops in order to maintain strong awareness of trends, competitive solutions, client needs and regulatory considerations
Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to plan and execute events to deepen client relationships
Engage and manage stakeholders to successfully execute on key project deliverables to bring new clients, capabilities and initiatives to market
Provide sales specialists with product expertise, quantitative and strategic direction to successfully secure new client relationships both domestically and globally
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop detailed business cases outlining project objectives, milestones, resource requirements and associated cost-benefit analysis
Lead additional special projects where required for cross-border payments and prepaid card programs
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail is required
Excellent analytical and intellectual capabilities; ability to draft comprehensive proposals using advanced frameworks in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Ability to think strategically and conceptualize ideas in an entrepreneurial manner
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, results oriented work environment with excellent time management skills
Client service driven individual that consistently delivers results and drives towards goals with energy and enthusiasm
Exceptional communication skills sufficient to provide detailed explanation of factual and conceptual information and ideas as they relate to ASG’s product offering / capabilities
Well-developed writing skills sufficient to creatively and precisely articulate ideas that involve interpretation, analysis and assessment
Ability to prioritize tasks and create a focus around what is strategically important, is approachable, viewed as a partner and eager to assist in all aspects of the business
Ability to acquire knowledge quickly to demonstrate competence and add value to the transaction and client relationships

Who you are
Undergraduate University degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Accounting and/or STEM or MBA
Relevant experience in a Capital Markets role, FinTech or card payments experience
Strong overall knowledge of Capital Markets with sufficient knowledge of the financial services industry / regulatory environment to interpret and analyze complex issues, as well as identify and develop innovative opportunities
Proven track record of driving profitable revenue growth with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand, explain, and resolve complex business issues
Knowledge of technology and processes currently used within retail banks and large financial institutions as they relate to foreign exchange and payments
Understanding and awareness of FinTech industry and disruptive technologies revolutionizing traditional banking products and services with a focus on foreign exchange and payments
Proven project management experience and execution in getting new products and campaigns to market
