Crew Lead (senior Pool Technician)

 

Description:

Daily Tasks

· Manage crew teams and support construction project manager and Lead Hand using SOPs while maintaining high quality standards

· Achieve an exceptional quality score from clients by leading the customer’s experience.

· Support your crew alongside team leads in a pre-planned and efficient manner to ensure all tasks are completed on-time and on-budget

· Maintain and update accurate data via company programs

· Provide superior communication within teams and with clients

· Provide accurate information for renovations and sales of equipment and accessories

R&R Work Standards:

· Identify sale opportunities to sales teams based upon client engagement

· Manage receivership, storage, and materials and ensure a clean, organized and professional presentation of vehicle, warehouse and work sites

· Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 Years Pool Industry Experience (required)

· Minimum 1 year Supervisory experience (required)

· Reliable transportation with clean valid Driver’s License

· Lift, move and otherwise maneuver physical objects weighting up to 50lbs

· Effective communication and computer skills

· Attention to detail, time management and organization skills

· Experience working with power tools an asset

· Solid technical skills to work on general office place software platforms (time logging, spreadsheets, email, word documents)
