Creative Services Coordinator

 

Description:

As a member of the Wightman Marketing team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative social media marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role involves planning, creating, distributing and scheduling engaging content across various platforms, including e-newsletters, blogs, and social media. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of online marketing strategies and a passion for content creation, with the ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities include:

Social Media Campaigns:

  • Conceptualize and create social media marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning and allocation, content ideation and distribution and implementation scheduling.
  • Execute organic campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, ensuring high engagement and brand visibility.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Plan, create, distribute and schedule engaging written and graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page content, blogs and social media messages.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates across social media platforms to maintain a strong online reputation through constant engagement and well-planned, timely, accurate and platform-relevant updates.

Brand Awareness:

  • Develop strategies to create brand awareness and engage audiences through visually appealing content tailored for specific platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance data to inform content strategy and improvements.

Design and Video Skills:

  • Utilize design skills to create engaging visuals and videos, including the ability to make captivating social media reels.
  • Comfortable on camera with strong video editing skills to produce high-quality video content.
  • A sense of design, along with an understanding of what kind of visuals or design elements are well-suited for specific social media platforms, is essential for planning, creating and distributing content effectively.

Event Coordination:

Coordinate and attend marketing events such as trade shows and community events, representing the brand effectively.

Performance Analysis:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and optimizing as needed.
