Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top craft talent, using job boards, social media, and networking.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates in anticipation of hiring needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a seamless and engaging experience.

Recruitment Operations:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and tailor recruitment plans accordingly.

  • Ensure job postings and descriptions are optimized for clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Coordinate candidate screening, site-specific onboarding schedules, and pre-employment screening processes.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Documentation & Communication:

  • Build and maintain accurate employee files, ensuring proper documentation for onboarding, contracts, and compliance.

  • Administratively manage employee documentation, including tracking certifications and training records.

  • Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and hiring managers through both written and oral channels.

  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, offer letters, and other essential documents.

Process & Compliance:

  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recommend and implement tools and technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency.
