Description:

Completion of a four year Degree in Business, Public Administration, Political Science or related field, Training or certification in Board Governance.

A minimum of seven years of work experience:

  • With Board protocols, policies, bylaws, governance, records management, related legislation, Ministry documents, etc.
  • Supporting and advising senior level executives
  • Working with legal and compliance matters
  • Developing policies and procedures
  • Understanding and use of positive conflict resolution skills
  • An understanding of the college and its community is essential to provide effective input/advice to the President, Board and senior management of the College
