Description:

A prominent organization in the corporate sector is seeking a Corporate Graphic Designer and PowerPoint Specialist to join their dynamic Marketing and Communications Team. This full-time position is based in downtown with a hybrid model (3 days onsite) and focuses on crafting high-quality, visually appealing branded materials across various departments.

The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional proficiency in both Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience supporting marketing campaigns, proposals, and pitch decks. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and has a solid foundation in graphic design principles, branding consistency, and deadline-oriented project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across teams to design and prioritize branded materials including ads, brochures, publications, event collateral, web graphics, and social media visuals.

  • Create polished pitch decks, templates, and PowerPoint presentations tailored to proposals and client-facing materials.

  • Support event teams with the design of brochures, invitations, and menus for both internal and external events.

  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and enhancements for content development, photography sourcing, and animations.

  • Ensure design deliverables meet branding guidelines and are produced with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2–3 years of graphic design experience in a professional or corporate setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CRM software, HTML, or Sitecore is an asset.
