Corporate Controller

Description:

Our client, a public company in manufacturing/distribution sector sector is seeking a dynamic corporate controller with leadership and at least 10 years experience in public company setting to oversee all company finances. Responsibilities include day to day accounting, basic treasury, budget forecasting, improve processes, and participating in strategic financial decisions that will promote long-term financial gain as well as team management.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limed to the following:

• Direct and manage the Company s financial accounting activities and best practices in our business processes.

• Drive and ensure timely reporting of our monthly and quarterly results and related variance analysis and presentations to senior management and audit committee

• Participate in M&A analysis and post merger integration to grow the company in USA and abroad

• Develop and implement effective systems, accounting policies and financial controls which maintain the integrity of all financial transactions and reporting of the Company

• Oversee and direct the execution of cash management and banking transactions

• Ensure the Company maintains regulatory compliance with all corporate income, sales & property tax requirements

• Oversee budget process and strategic outlook

• Build, develop and manage a team of accounting professional capable of driving successful business decisions
