Coordinator/Reception, G&EA

  • Do you enjoy providing administrative support?
  • Can you professionally greet (in person and on the phone) and direct people?

In addition to greeting visitors and phone calls, you will be responsible for providing support to a number of departments, including the General and Environmental Affairs, Sales and Service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors appropriately
  • Determine visitor needs in a professional manner
  • Direct visitors to correct person
  • Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
  • Clearly determine the purpose of the call
  • Deal with queries and provide correct information
  • Forward calls to the appropriate person
  • Act as a point of contact for branch Health and Safety concerns and train employees on evacuation procedures
  • Provide administrative support to various business groups, including organizing branch activities
  • Purchase and procure office maintenance services and supplies as per established policies and guidelines
  • Create and terminate employee access cards and respond to security alarms
  • Maintain the Environmental Management System and ensure that the office follows policy
  • Assist in booking travel requests


To Succeed, You Will Need:

  • Less than 1 year of related work experience
  • Great telephone manners
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
