Description:
The incumbent organizes and coordinates while providing support and assistance to achieve departmental standards, customer satisfaction and exceptional food quality.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensures efficient customer service in each kiosks including required food preparation, beverage duties, and daily cash procedure;
- Complies with and enforces all Tim Horton’s operating standards;
- Complies with and enforces all Algonquin College Food Services policies and procedures;
- Follows all guidelines and established par stocks when ordering, stock rotation, inventory counts and receiving stock;
- Completes all required documentation including recording of waste, inventory counts, pre-rush checklists, cash management, and operational audits with manager;
- Communicates with Manager of the location and with members of the location on day to day operations;
- Assists with training new staff, provides guidance, and assigns tasks. The incumbent may also have to work other stations when there is a shortage of staff;
- Ensures floors, tables and chairs are properly cleaned throughout the day;
- Ensures proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas following all cleaning and maintenance checklists;
- Other related duties.
