Description:
Prepare communications and presentations.
Contribute to the analysis of key statistics as requested.
Develop businesses processes and internal procedures
related to compensation and benefits, as requested
Implement business processes, policies, and
procedures related to compensation and benefits.
Ensure alignment and compliance of all processes,
policies or procedures related to compensation and
benefits with collective agreements
Role-specific responsibilities
Collaborate with Director in the development and
execution of the compensation and benefits annual
action plan.
Contribute to the preparation of the departmental
budget.
Coordinate, evaluate, and oversee all activities related
to compensation and benefits programs of the CSB.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other
related field.
Five (5) years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong planning organization and prioritization skills.
High level of autonomy.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across all
levels and functions of the Cree School Board and to
develop strong organizational knowledge and
relationships.
Éthiques professionnelle et diplomatique démontrées.
Capacité de travailler efficacement de manière
indépendante aussi bien qu'en équipe.
Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français requise, la langue crie
est un atout important.
