Description:

The Technical Analyst/Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with data collection and analysis, application mapping, work packet development documentation, and scheduling of server builds and migrations. This role requires close coordination with the Project Services and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of server builds and migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate server builds and migrations, ensuring efficient scheduling and execution
• Work closely with Project Services and Operations teams to support infrastructure initiatives
• Assist with data collection and analysis to inform migration strategies
• Develop documentation for work packets, technical procedures, and scheduling
• Provide technical troubleshooting support as needed
   

Specific Qualifications & Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience with servers, storage, networking, or core infrastructure security
• Experience with data center or IT infrastructure migrations (preferred)
• Strong project coordination experience
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• MCSE Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
