What You Bring
 

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent management/development, talent acquisition or HR with project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or completion of a Human Resources Program, or relevant field.
  • Developed organizational, time management, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), or equivalent.
  • Exhibits a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
     

Bonus Skills And Experience
 

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Workday
  • Commercial real estate experience
     

What Success Looks Like
 

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive and inclusive succession planning program, identifying high-potential individuals, and tailored development plans.
  • Coordinate various talent planning programs and initiatives, including talent assessments, leadership development programs, and talent planning meetings.
  • Develop and deliver training related to talent planning & performance development activities.
  • Execute training and program collateral.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including training providers and assessment tools, to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
  • Gather and analyze data related to talent planning initiatives to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate Leadership Coaching engagements, inclusive of vendor and contract management.
  • Champion talent development best practices and act as a thought leader.
  • Successfully track project progress and keep projects on track through team coordination for successful delivery.
