A dynamic and growing company located in Montréal is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to play a key role in managing the company's financial health. The Financial Controller will be responsible for generating accurate financial data, optimizing financial operations, and supporting the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee and supervise the full accounting cycle.
✔ Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
✔ Develop and monitor the annual budget.
✔ Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
✔ Analyze financial results, control costs, and suggest optimizations.
✔ Supervise and lead a team of accountants.
✔ Participate in investment projects, ad hoc analyses, and internal initiatives.
✔ Perform other related financial duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA designation is a strong asset).
📌 Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
📌 Strong knowledge of NCECF (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises).
📌 Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence tools.
📌 Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate initiative, and work independently.
📌 Strong communication and team management skills.
