WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Eliminate waste and reduce factory losses by applying lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Collect and analyze complex data to penetrate problems’ phenomena and understand root causes.
- Stratification of line downtime and waste data to support prioritization of factory projects
- Learn and develop troubleshooting capabilities on process and packing equipment and use that knowledge and engineering skills to implement improvements
- Create and establish Technical Standards to ensure process stability through standardized work
- Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams during continuous improvement activities
- Provide tactical coaching on continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage small improvement projects from ideation through implementation
- Any other responsibilities as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 0-2 years in Packaging Project Management or Continuous Improvement
- Experience in FMCG/CPG (preferred)
- Demonstration of Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing methodology (nice to have)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (nice to have)
