Continuous Improvement Engineer

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Eliminate waste and reduce factory losses by applying lean and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Collect and analyze complex data to penetrate problems’ phenomena and understand root causes.
  • Stratification of line downtime and waste data to support prioritization of factory projects
  • Learn and develop troubleshooting capabilities on process and packing equipment and use that knowledge and engineering skills to implement improvements
  • Create and establish Technical Standards to ensure process stability through standardized work
  • Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams during continuous improvement activities
  • Provide tactical coaching on continuous improvement methodologies
  • Manage small improvement projects from ideation through implementation
  • Any other responsibilities as needed

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • 0-2 years in Packaging Project Management or Continuous Improvement
  • Experience in FMCG/CPG (preferred)
  • Demonstration of Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing methodology (nice to have)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (nice to have)
